It’s important that you have the knowledge and understanding you need to make an informed decision about your repair. How long will it take you to repair my items?

At STL Cellphone and Computer Repair, we understand that time is valuable. We strive for the fastest service while maintaining thorough and excellent work. Screen repairs generally can be completed in 20 minutes, while board repairs can take a couple of hours.

Do you only use original replacement parts?

Original replacement parts are used whenever possible. If using other than OEM(Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts, we make sure the quality are up to quality expectations.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept many forms of electronic and physical payments from credit cards or cash to PayPal and Venmo. If you have other forms of payment, please let us know ahead of time!

I am unable to drive to your location but would like to use your services. Am I able to mail my device to you?

We welcome mail-in repairs! In many cases we are able to ship the device back to you by the next business day. Please let us know in advance if you decide to send us your device!
